Interiors Therapy & Feng Shui Relationships Mindset

Who wins with Interiors Therapy?

Aug 09, 2020

My clients are varied! Mostly midlife, some a touch younger, some in their late 80s! All have noticed something is missing from their lives.

They’ve enjoyed marriages and relationships, often they’re now divorced, widowed or separated and struggling to get back into the swing of things.

They’ve been great at business, brought up families, got the trappings of success, but still something eludes them.

I teach them to look at their possessions and notice the story they are telling. It’s about so much more than clutter.

Life often mirrors art, but it reflects in the other things we keep around us too.

If you think about the rooms you see behind your clients and colleagues when you’re working with them online, how many are living in chaos, clutter, disruption?

When I trained as a Life Coach I noticed 90% of the people who were really struggling to reach the goals they set for themselves were living in unsupportive homes… when we worked together to help them take control of their space WHOOSH! Goals reached, perspectives changed and life took off for them.

It was almost as though the barriers melted away.

I realised the people living in an unsupportive space found it much harder to be resilient and get past negative past experiences to upgrade their experience than those whose homes supported them.

They were living in turmoil and disarray physically and emotionally. Sorting out their environment unpicked the confusion in their minds and smoothed the way to resolving challenges such as divorce, career, family disharmony and finding new love.

So I combined my Life Coaching skills with my knowledge of Feng Shui, Organising, Decluttering, Law of Attraction, common sense and a significant dose of intuition and Interiors Therapy was born.

Years later, compiling a wealth of experience, I wrote ‘Welcome Home, How Stuff Makes or Breaks your Relationship’.

Now coaches are gifting or recommending my book to their clients in order to fast forward their coaching process and get their homes working with clients rather than against them.

In fact I’m just running out to the post office to send off another five copies of ‘Welcome Home, How Stuff Makes or Breaks your Relationship’ (£14.99 Panoma Press) to a specialist in parental alienation who wants them urgently new clients!

Welcome Home makes life easier for client and coach and leads to lasting successful outcomes for both.
